A free email course, one email a day for nine days
The skills to set AI up properly in your business, and the mindset shifts that make it actually work.
Already know you'd like help with your own business? I also offer paid one-to-one consultations.
The guiding rule
There's so much noise about AI slop: bad content, terrible images, things that look and sound very computer-generated. If people are putting out slop, they're using AI wrongly.
Used properly, AI should mean excellence. No typos, ever. No follow-up sent three days late. No detail forgotten. For what might be the first time, you have an entire team at your fingertips, and this course shows you how to manage it.
What's inside
Every email has one idea, prompts you can copy straight in, a worked example with what the AI actually sends back, and one challenge to try that day.
The idea underneath everything else, and how to brief AI like Einstein on his first day.
Which tool, which plan, and why you can stop worrying about the rest.
Connecting your AI to your email, calendar and files, so you're not copying and pasting all day.
What to hand over, and turning a week of messy client messages into one clean table.
Building the habit, a one-page brief before every call, and explaining a task only once.
Teaching AI your voice and your look, so nothing you send sounds like a robot wrote it.
Personal welcome pages, follow-ups within the hour, and small touches that used to need a designer.
Designing your ideal way of working, and building the AI system that runs it for you.
All nine mindset shifts in one place, and how to keep going.
Not only new tools
The buttons are the easy part. What really holds people back is the way they think about AI.

Who's writing this
As COO, I spent my days looking at how a business runs and working out what would make it more successful. I was building workflows and automations long before AI made them cool, and I recently left my job to help lean companies work out how AI fits into how they run.
I truly believe that small business owners will inherit the earth. They are the people who will benefit the most from AI. And if you're worried you're not technical enough, I'm not technical either. You don't need to be technical to do anything in this course.
One-to-one
You can do everything in the course yourself. If you'd like to move faster, or there's a pain point you can't quite crack on your own, I offer paid one-to-one consultations, online. Together we'll:
Email me a line or two about your business, and I'll send you the details.
Questions
ChatGPT or Claude. I'm a Claude girl myself, but they cost about the same and their best models are about as good as each other. Day 2 helps you choose, and the course shows where to find each setting in both.
The course is free. For the AI itself, I'd pay for the $20 a month plan: free plans run out halfway through a task, and they leave out a lot of what the course depends on, like scheduled tasks and AI in your browser.
Yes. Working with AI is far more like managing a team than it is like writing code. Every lesson is: copy a prompt, paste it in, and check what comes back.
Each email takes about ten minutes to read, and the challenge takes about as long again. If you fall behind, the emails will wait for you in your inbox.
Completely. If you work for yourself, you run a business, and the course is written for exactly that.
Nine emails, one a day, and free.
